Capacity is Subject to the Provisions of the Tariff The capacity awarded pursuant to this posting is subject to the provisions of the Mojave Tariff, as it exists from time to time. Creditworthiness All potential bidders must have the appropriate creditworthiness approval prior to submitting any bids; otherwise, the bid will be invalidated. Please contact Ms. Sharon Kimball at 832-676-2062 to arrange for the necessary creditworthiness determination. Primary Receipt Point OXY 17Z DRN 237138 Primary Delivery Point SOCWR DRN 80473 Reservation Fee Maximum Rate Usage Surcharges Under any TSA resulting from this posting, the applicable maximum Transportation Charge and Transportation Surcharges will be charged consistent with Rate Schedule FT-1 and the General Terms and Conditions of the Mojave Tariff. All rates, charges, and surcharges shall be assessed under Rate Schedule FT-1 of the Mojave Tariff as those amounts may be changed from time to time or altered by regulatory authority. Fuel For all transportation service provided hereunder, fuel and/or shrinkage shall be assessed at the applicable maximum Rate Schedule FT-1 fuel percentage, as it exists from time to time in the Mojave Tariff. Bid Evaluation: In accordance with Paragraph 14.1(8)(i) of Rate Schedule FT-1 of Mojaves Tariff, the evaluation method is 100% weighted to the highest reservation rate bid. Tie Breaker In accordance with Paragraph 14.1 (14) (ii) of Rate Schedule FT-1 of Mojaves Tariff, if two or more bids are determined to be equal, then the tie breaking method for all of the highest equivalent bids shall be First Come, First Served.
