Under any Transportation Service Agreement resulting from this posting, the maximum usage rate and maximum usage surcharges will be charged consistent with El Paso's Tariff. In addition, unless explicitly provided herein or otherwise in an executed agreement, all other maximum rates, charges and surcharges shall be assessed under the applicable Rate Schedule of the Tariff as those amounts may be changed from time to time or altered by regulatory authority.
